BladeZ BH X4 Review: BH Fitness X4 Elliptical Trainer. I purchased this elliptical in December as a gift to myself. The assembly was fun; I did it by myself and it took about 3 hours to complete. They recommend two people assemble this unit and for your own sanity, you really should have someone help you. The base of the unit is fairly heavy. Once completed I used it ONE TIME and found that the yellow rollers started to come apart. I contacted support and explained what happened.
